Have you followed installation instructions?
Are you using CB User Manager to add new users in backend?
Please turn on Joomla debug to maximum level and see if extra messages appear instead of blank page.
joomla version is 2.5.11

you have the admin username , password and url of the site
You've a fatal error coming from "jfdatabase". Please contact the developer of your system plugin "jfdatabase" for further support. Always use CB > User Management to create new CB users. Ensure they're enabled, approved, and confirmed or they won't be able to login.
