Zoom out? You mean zoom in; to make it bigger? At any rate no such feature is present. It's possible you could use CB Auto Actions with the before profile display trigger in a Code action with mode set to jQuery. Then write jQuery that does whatever you're wanting on click. Note profile display of avatar is already full size so there isn't much reason to zoom in. If you want to limit it to a specific maximum width/height you can adjust such limitations within CB > Configuration > Images.
