You can't. It doesn't search by owner name. It does Group/Category Name and Description only. CB Search Bot can search for CB users by name, but has no relation to GJ. Searching by owner name would require a full DB lookup of _users and be slow as a snail if you have a lot of groups so it's not implemented; you can of course edit the plugin and force it if you wanted.
