Hi, I'm currently using CB Privacy 1.3 with the patch described here: forge.joomlapolis.com/issues/2168.
I just would like to know if the additional options from the patch are already included in the current CB Privacy 3.0 so I don't need to apply the patch if I upgrade.
Patch has no relevance to latest release as it's a complete rewrite. Thew new plugin will try to migrate all your settings, but it won't be aware of the patch settings. Latest release does however have default privacy parameters and much more.
