I don't suggest doing that. That's a core library file. You really should try and find where it's being duplicated. Try enabling debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration and see if it exposes more information about the error. You may also want to post to Joomla.org forums to see if they've any advise regarding your error.
