We're still running our production site on 2.5.x, but with our providers upgrade of the MySQL server to a newer version, I'm now looking into what is required for it to go to 3.x
A lot of things have to be done so far, but one thing that puzzles me is this error if I go to CB user admin:
1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'by AS mysqlfield FROM kef_postnumre WHERE nr = [cb_postnummer]' at line 1 SQL=SELECT by AS mysqlfield FROM kef_postnumre WHERE nr = [cb_postnummer]

The MySQL statement is in a CB query field.
Isn't that supposed to work in J3.x?

Best regards

Ok, this is odd, after unpublishing it, I've now deleted the query field, but I still see the same message when trying to view the user list in cb.

Clear Joomla cache as maybe the page is cached. Aside from that it's coming from somewhere else then what you deleted.

Ok, found it, the problem is from the mysql plugin. Not the query plugin.
Despite the fact that the mysql plugin field was disabled.
