CB and Paid Subscriptions on Header Menu on back end administration

How do I get the Community Builder and Paid Subscriptions to appear across the top menu? Now I have to go under Components to access Community Builder and then under CB / Plug ins to access CB Subs or Paid Subscriptions. This has automatically loaded on other sites but not sites built in the last 6 months using Joomla 2.5.9 or 11.

This is never automatically loaded.

You need to install the CB Admin Navigation module that is included in your CBSubs GPL 3.0 distribution package and also described in detail in your CBSubs GPL 3.0 documentation.
