Hello.. I am currently working on a platform for Dressage where users must have the ability to add dressage contest where they have to go to on their profile. I have build the website in Joomla 2.5.x with CB 1.9. So I am basically searching for a event plugin or something. I am searching on this website for a long time now for such a plugin or functionality but I can't find it. Is there anything that gives that functionality??? Only thing I can find is old outdated plugins from at least 5 years ago? I hope there is such a function or plugin.. maybe third party. But I can't seem to find anything. Any suggestions?
We have no event plugin. You'll need to look into Event extensions on Joomla.org. The only except is the GroupJive Events Integration, but it provides GroupJive Groups with Events; not users by user on their profile.

That is too bad. Maybe a suggestion for a future release? I also did ask for a suggestion of a third-party plugin. After a long search I found out that RSEvents Pro supports showing user events on their CB Profile so I used that for my solution. Thanks for your answer.
An event plugin is planned. I just don't know when I'll have the time to develop it at the moment. Currently other more critical tasks have priority (CB 2.0 for example). It's likely I won't have a plugin out to handle events until after CB 2.0.
