[#4056] Email of deactivates plan in cbsubs

Hello,
I just saw a small problem in my CBSubs.
When user deactivates their account (plan), the email is not sent to the user !
Email on cancellation by user in Plan is completed.
Please, do you know why ?

Joomla version? CB version? CBSubs version (I assume 3.0?)? Are you using the email on the Presentation tab or the email provided by the CBSubs Email integration? What gateway did they cancel from? Was it PayPal? If PayPal it typically takes double cancellation to actually cancel the subscription as first cancellation just cancels at PayPal.

There is only one plan for life.
I use CBSubs Email Integration. The email is sent CC copy of my box but not to the user unsubscribes Plan.

Is the plan free lifetime or paid lifetime? If free lifetime ensure you've set CBSubs to create subscriptions for free lifetime plans within CBSubs > Settings > Global. If possible please try using CBSubs Email integration and using the "Deactivation Email" email (you can use the email field substitution to send to the user then CC your self).
