In CBSubs, how can I get name or items for both Parent Plan and Child Plan to show in emails? If I use substitution [PLAN_NAME] it only shows the name for the Parent Plan. I would like to show both, as it displays on the payslip or invoice, for example (as shown in database field jos_cbsubs_notification item_name)
We are using
CBSubs 3.0.0
CB 1.9
Joomla 2.5.11
We have 2 languages: en-GB and ja-JP
It always uses [PLAN_NAME] for the plan sending the email. So if you put the email on the Parent plan (CBSubs Email integration or emails on Presentation tab) then it'll always be the parent plan name as it's the plan sending the email. So you may want to put the email on the child plan instead of parent plan.
