Dear sir,
Is it possible to give an option to give the members to create fields in the frontend.
if so please tell me how to do this.
because my requirement is, in my website members will login and add recipes, so i want to give an option to members to add any number of recipes.
so please help me out

No, field creation is backend only. Fields are not user by user so if they were able to create a field then everyone would see it. Your best option for adding a number of recipes is to maybe use something like CB Blogs or CB ProfileBook and its Blog tab so they can then post their recipes as blog entries.
