[SOLVED] internal server error (500) in backend

Joomla 3.0
CB 1.9
lots of CB-plugins

Since of today I get an Error 500 (Internal server error) in browser when trying to add a new CB field in the back end.
The front end is working ok, as far as I can see.
All the DB checks (CB tools) give a green response. How can I debug this?

Thank you for that pointer. It gave me an error message, which pointed to an UddeIM plugin, which wasn't updated with the last UddeIM update. When I updated the module, the new-field page now loads again.
Cheers!
