CB Auto Action, Trail Memebership

Hi,
I build a community Website for my asociation. We've got 6 different Memberships, payed by debit advice or bill (once a year).

With CB auto actions I maneged to assign new members to Joomla groups by selecting the groupvalue from a radio field, one group for each membership. Now I like to set one of these groups as a trial-membership (60 days), with the possibility to upgrade to one of the payed memberships. I don't want my members to pay directly on the site, just chose between bill or debit advice (connected with an input field for bankaccount number and bank code number). Do I need CBsubs for this, or is it possible to manage it trought CB auto actions (withch I would prefer).

CB Auto Actions performs various actions on CB triggers. It does nothing more than that. It is not a payment gateway, payment processor, subscription manager, or anything of the sort. You should never store bank information on your site unless you are full SSL and PCI compliant. I suggest using CBSubs for your subscription handling (you can then accept online payments too or use the offline gateway). You'd also need CBSubs to manage your durations, etc.. you also wouldn't need your radio field anymore as your memberships could just be CBSubs plans (you can have free plans if not all memberships have a price).
