A user is getting a warning message that a new user is added to one of the groups that he es joing. However, the user has no moderator privilege or isn't that group owner. Why is it happening? How can we remove that warning?
The message that comes with the title:
Name of the group - New User!
And the message is:
'User' has joined 'Name of the group' in 'Name of the category'!
Is the user a admin or mod of that particular group or are they just a regular user of that group? Do you have the default within GJ > Config > Notifications > Groups > Defaults of "User Join" set to "Notify"? There's an authorization check on display and on save of that notification so it shouldn't be possible unless they're the Category Owner, Group Owner, Group Moderator, Group Admin, or CB Moderator.

No, how I said, that user has not any priviledge. He is not moderator, owner, or admin. He is only a regular user. And he is receiving emails from our web saying:
Name of the group - New User!
'User' has joined 'Name of the group' in 'Name of the category'!
GJ > Config > Notifications > Groups > Defaults of "User Join" is set to "Notify".
It is possible because he was an old user and it was imported to new users of CB and ther is a problem with ID's?
Was he ever a moderator, admin, owner of the group, owner of the category? If he was at some point and was set to be notified, but then was demoted it could do this. Aside from that I've no idea unless you forced a new notification row for the user somehow. If the user navigates to the group and goes to the Notification page and saves it should clear it as the access check should kick in and force the notification off. Also ensure you're using GJ 2.7.0 stable.
