The product forums are community forums. Always post support related topics in the support forums. Community forums have no support or guarantee of response times so your posts could be completely missed there.Since I'm a Professional Member, I wasn't sure if I was supposed to place this question here or within the Group Jive forum.
On the forum tab in your group you should see a "New Topic" button. Please navigate to GJ > Integrations in backend to ensure your Forum integration is up to date (2.7.0). If not, please upgrade and confirm if issue persists.However, when I go to my profile and I click on the Forum tab, I do not see anywhere where it asks me to add a new topic. If I click on the Events tab or Photo tab, it says either New Event or New Photo, but nothing for the Forum tab.
This is already the case. Group forums can not be accessed unless the user has joined the group. Category forums can not be accessed unless someone has joined a group in that category or created a group in that category.We prefer to keep Kunena hidden all together and the only way someone can see posts is through the actual group they join. Is this possible?
