I would like to attach this Total# on a menu-item title
You can't use substitutions in Joomla menu titles. CB has nothing to parse all Joomla menu item titles for substitutions. If you mean CB Menu item then you can use CB Auto Actions to add new menu items, which does support substitutions for the menu item titles.

Yep, i know. I was talking about CB Content Module, which is my current custom CB menu
And yes, i tend to exchange this with the new Auto Actions Menu-Item feature.
