Link to email form not accessible to public

I have a problem whereby if the user settings in config are for email addresses to be displayed as a link to a form, when a user clicks on it (and is not logged in) they get a message

"You are not authorized to view this page! You need to log in."

If a 'registered' user logs in the form is displayed correctly. Everything I can think of is correctly set to public... the tab, the email field, the menu link to "My Profile" etc..

I should add that if config is set to display the email address itself, then it is visible and clickable by Public.

It's never accessible to the public. The email form is for registered users only. If you need it public you should look into the third party plugin CB Public Mail.

OK. I was not aware it was for registered users only. So that makes sense. 3rd Party Code works OK to a point. Just need to see how to integrate recaptcha which is not working correctly.

No idea what Captcha usages are implemented into CB Public Mail, but I assume it uses CB API to render the Captcha. You can post your CB Public Mail questions to the CB Public Mail support topic below.
