[SOLVED] Exclude tab in user group was created by LineMine
Hi
I have a tab which is generated by a 3rd party plugin (Donate Me) which I would like to show on one site user group, but not another. Can I do this using CB Conditionals? If not, is there another way? Thanks.

PS to this post: I've realised I can use CB SUBS for this, probably a much better more powerful solution.

pps; I know this is probably in the CB SUBS manual, but its taking me a while to find, so: can I use CB Subs to take donation payments from one group of users to individuals in another group? Is it possible to set up so that these donations go direct to the paid individuals PayPal accounts? Is it also possible to retain a percentage of this donation in the form of a commission? Many thanks.

Edit the tab in CB > Tab Management and set its view access level to whatever you like. You don't need CB Conditional for this.

Using CBSubs Fields Tabs Protection, yes, you could protect the tab based off the viewing users or the profile owners current active subscription(s).

No, CBSubs is not designed to do this.

Okay, many thanks for those answers. Stupid of me not to realise the first point, but actually it worked in my favour, as CB conditional picked up a feature of the plugin (showing or hiding donation records to all or just the user) and gave me the option to choose, which is great.
I have to say you have developed an unbelievably comprehensive and flexible extension with CB, plus add-ons in the form of plugins and modules. My only regret is that its so complex, but i suppose you can't have one without the other.
Thanks again.
