Dear experts
I have do about 1000 members of an organisation.
This organisation is organised in 22 countries.

I like to create 22 groups with its users.

This is possible.
In each country I have someone responsible for the addresses.
Now I need in each group 1 member to:
- Edit the user
- Add user
- Delete user
Can I do this with GroupJive?
Or how do I do it!

No, GJ is not user management or anything of the sort. It's user controlled communities. Please see the below for better understand of what GJ does.
