You want people who register with Facebook to be given a CBSubs plan? Yes, this is possible using CB Auto Actions. You'll need to create a CB Paid Subscriptions action that acts on the after registration trigger and checks that the fb_userid field isn't empty in a conditional. You can then give them whatever subscription you like.

Ok I have made a CB Auto Action see attached but when I join with facebook it dose not join a plan how do I connect the CB Auto Action to the plan?
That's a Usergroup action. You need to use a "CB Paid Subscriptions 3.x" action. You need to have CBSubs 3.x installed for it to be available.
