When a non-registered user goes to a registered page (and yes, I want those pages to be visible on the menu to encourage membership), the user gets a very rude "You are not authorized" message and nothing else. I need them to at least be re-directed to the registration page, or better yet a page of my choosing. Please help! Thanks!
As the menu items are Public it is completely out of Joomlas hands and entirely dependent on the Extension attempting to be accessed. For CB profiles there's no solution as no trigger fires before that error so it's not possible to redirect somewhere else, but you can change the message as it's a language string. As for other locations you'd need to be more specific as to what you're trying to access.
