Hi

Successfully managed to connect with Facebook but the mini icon does not work - I would just like to remove it altogether - can somebody suggest how please - if I cannot remove it then I need it to work. Hopefully picture makes sense - suggestions?

Ensure you're using latest release of CB Connect (5.0.0). The mini icon not working was bugged and is now fixed. If neither buttons work then you've a fatal JS error on your site that is preventing them from working as they are jQuery powered. Check browser error log for any fatal JS errors, resolve them, then test and see if they're now working.

I do have version 5.0.0

I am getting this error message

Given URL is not permitted by the application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App's settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App's domains.

You're trying to use the button on a URL that isn't authorized for it. The social sites have strict domain matching. If you configure it for example.com it will not work on www.example.com . Please review your application and add more domains if it supports it or ensure your site can only be accessed from the domain your configured in the application.
