I am using CB Connect 4.02 and I am having to authorize the Twitter app every time I click on it. Is this how it is supposed to work? I know with FB it automatically logs me in to the site. Thanks for your help!

Entirely up to Twitter. Normally this doesn't happen, but if the user clears the site from their connected applications it'll reauthorize. You'll need to contact Twitter to see why it keeps wanting to reauthorize. Normally after first authorization you'd see "Redirecting to application..." and then it'll close and log you in, but this assumes you're already logged into Twitter and already authorized the application.
