even if I am registered as a professional member I 'm not a very good user of community builder as you 'll see.
So, I'm using Joomla 2.5 a+ CB 1.9 + CB 3.00
I had no problem to install these components and they worked fine unless some troubles with the mail notifications when someone was registering and then when people got their plans expired.
Don't why and how I did it but I got the really stupid idea to add several plugins from your downloads sections end I made a kind of awfull cocktail and in the end: a white screen nothing more.
Finally I suppress the main part of these plugins and Installed once again CB 1.9 + CBsusbs.
I could retrieve all the members plans and so on. BUT To day I not able to activate CB login. so it means that no one can log in to joomla, If I try to register à new member through the admin panel it's locked as the system asks me to verify all the e mail address.
So my question is :
Can I Safely (whitout losing the registered members and the plans) do an unistall of all and the re install CB and Cb subs?
Please forget my question I finally got success after inactivation and reactivation of the plugins and modules everything is OK
But to address your question.
You can uninstall CBSubs (integration plugins first then last main plugin) and also CB component and the database should remain intact - so if you install again nothig will be lost.
Or of course you can just install over your existing setup with the same effect.
