Have just tested your site in IE10, IE9, IE8, and IE7. All are working perfectly fine and neither were slow. Please have them define what "the complete page is very slow" means as it appears to be working fine in my tests. Dynamic updating and paging are going to be heavy as it's JS that's constantly pinging the page for new entries so those with terribly slow computers may have a slow browsing experience as their browser bogs down.
