You can't reply to replies. You simply reply to the main post and it'll add your new reply to it. Reply to replies wasn't implemented, because it'd turn into this endless tree of replies so it only allows replies at 1 depth.

That is ok, and I really do not want to see a fully structured tree. However, for end user convenience, it would be helpful if there would be a reply button at each reply visible - even if it would technically just be a reply to the main post.
The only difference that I would see between replys to the main post and replies to a reply would be the order in the view. Meaning that a reply to a reply should simply be located below the reply and not below the main post (above the reply it was replied to).
Adding a reply link to a reply would just add to the confusion as they'd be under the assumption it'd be replying to that reply, but it wouldn't be and it wouldn't be ordered directly after the post they attempted to reply to. There's really no way to go about it without having a nested tree capability, but there's just not enough display room for anything like that. I'm not sure how to go about it at this time, but will review complete redesign after CB 2.0 and perhaps have a way to do unlimited nesting tree properly.
