Hi

I am using CB1.9/CBsubs with Joomla 2.5.11

I have been through the default language file to try and find where I can change the two items mentioned in the subject. I have looked at the tab management in CB but cannot seem to find the "Register Here" tab to edit it to "Join NOW".

Also I have been unsuccessful in finding where to edit the text for the "Register" button on the final tab page. I also want this to read "Join NOW"

Any pointers would be gratefully received.

Your registration looks like Step by Step from CB Conditional. You had to have already translated it or it'd say "Step 6". So you need to look through your CB language files and find out where you translated it. It'll be one of the following.

cbteamplugins usage:
'Step 6' => 'Register Here'

define usage:
DEFINE( '_REG_STEP6', 'Register Here' );

To translate the registration button you need to add a translation for the following.

'Register' => 'Register'

As well as translate the below define usage.

DEFINE('_UE_REGISTER','Register');

Many thanks for the prompt reply. All done now.
I had actually forgotton about doing the changes to the language file!

If it helps anyone else this is what I did.

Amended the file components/com_comprofiler/plugin/language/default_language/cbteamplugins_language.php

I found the lines at the end of the file (that I had originally edited!)defining the tabs for my CB Conditional plugin. Changed the step 6 tab :

CBTxt::addStrings( array(
'Step 6'=>'Join Now'
));

In the same file I then found the line :
'register' => 'Register',

and changed it to

'register' => 'Join Now',

To make this work I then had to go to my CB default language file -
components/com_comprofiler/plugin/language/default_language/default_language.php

Find the section //mod_userextraslogin (around line 240)
Add/amend line :

DEFINE('_UE_REGISTER','register');

Saved my handywork and it all works.
