I have installed CBSubs 3.0 and when enabling the cbpaidsubsbot plugin my site crashes with an Internal Server Error. When my hosting disables the plugin it is live again. I have followed the install instructions and they have all said successful after the install. We are using CBPro and that is working well. Our hosting, Cloud Access, says the plug in is bad and not to use it until it gets fixed.

We are using Joomlage Template Impressions, but I hope that the template would not be a problem with this.

I have attached the system info for reference.

I am at a loss and need to have our site totally running within two weeks.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Internal server errors are just that, server errors. This could mean server configuration is wrong or a function CBSubs is trying to use is disabled or not available at all. Could also be a mod_security issue. Your host (or your self if you have access to logs) needs to check server error logs and see what error occurred when your site was locked out. Please enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then re-enable the CBSubs bot and cause your site to error. Now review server error logs and see what error occurred.

To fix the issue after doing the above to try and expose errors simply navigate to plugins/system/ and rename the folder "cbpaidsubsbot" to "cbpaidsubsbot-DISABLED" using FTP and it won't be able to load in. You can then disable it in Joomla then rename it back.
