You can add menu items to it using CB Auto Actions and its Menu action. It requires a specific trigger to be used, but CB Auto Actions will add the trigger automatically when selecting the Menu action. You can add as many as you want with any URL you want and it also supports substitutions so you can even have dynamic menu items.
