Sorry bother you with taking a peek at my site, I'm just going to have a programmer look at and troubleshoot. Unfortunately my site hasn't been functioning right for a few days, so it looks like I need to spend done money:(
Have investigated your install and it's due to a bad PHP.ini file. Your host should've been able to detect this from their server error logs. I've disabled your PHP.ini file in your Joomla root and registration/login appears to work fine now. Please also confirm is working fine.
