[SOLVED] Lost users in CB User management

I was making some tests and suddenly all but the Admin user dissapeared from the list in CB User management list. But they do exist everywhere else in the system: they already exist in Joomla user management view, in the GJ Groups that were assigned, in the subscriptions list in CB Subs their subscriptions appear as active.

All, but the user list in CB. I have no filters activated.

I had only 2 users and the admin. The admin remained intact, but the 2 users dissapeared from that view.

If i try to create those users again in CB, the system tells that they already exist.

I have no problem creating new users.

Firstly I am worried that the users could dissapear like that . I am now in a test phase, but that could be a major problem if the site was up and running, with hundreds of users. :unsure:

I have CB 1.9, and joomla 2.5.11, with Groupjive 3.0 installed.

Maybe you are filtering them with one of the filters in top right corner?

I continued with the tests and analyze what I did before the users dissapeared, and it happened when I installed and activated the AUP login plugin and activated it in AUP rules.

I deactivated the rule and everything is ok, but if I activate the rule, problems begin and the user in CB user management view dissapear. It keeps visible in Joomla user management and in every register like in GJ group and in the subscriptions in CB Subs.

No, I am not using the filters.

I did another test: I used the joomla user manager, then selected one of the "lost" users within CB, and change the group as "registered" (it was not selected in any group at this moment).

Doing this I went to the CB user management list and the user appeared again. I hope this method don't cause any other problem. At this moment seems like the problem was solved.

Have someone had this kind of problem with the AUP login rule plugin? Do you think I did something wrong? maybe the version of the plugin was not the right one?

As I told this is my configuration: CB 1.9, and joomla 2.5.11, with Groupjive 3.0 installed.

No idea, we didn't develop the plugin but it sounds like it's hooking into triggers incorrectly and causing users to be lost.
