Moderator only gets confirm user notice via email,
but not the link to click to confirm the user.
i would like to have a confirmation link like when user confirms email:
There is no admin approval URL. You need to use the CB Workflows module, which provides an approval page to approve or reject a users registration.

does it have something to do with the mandatory "user profil" menu? Where to place it? i do not need it.
Yes, whether you need it or not is irrelevant as it is mandatory. Without it there is no Itemid to establish Joomla component access and thus defaults to private so no one can access CB properly. You can place it on a new menu type of "Hidden", which you can create in Joomlas menu manager. Then just don't enable the module for that menu type and you'll have the Itemid without having to use the actual menu item on your site.
