User Profile Page Title was created by rosshennessy
Hi,

When on a users profile, the page title shows the 'First & Lastname' of the User.

HTML Source has:
<title>Demo User</title>

How can this be changed to display something else.

Thanks

It always uses the formatted name to set the title. You can try changing it using CB Auto Actions on the onAfterUserProfileDisplay trigger with a Code action and Method set to Page Title. If that doesn't work you can edit it directly in the below.

IN: /components/com_comprofiler/comprofiler.html.php
ON: Line 463

We've a feature ticket to implement an easier way to change this, but the above should work fine for now.

Thank you.

Did you mean line 439:
$_CB_framework->setPageTitle( cbUnHtmlspecialchars(getNameFormat($user->name,$user->username,$ueConfig)));

Yes that's the how the title is set. I urge you to try with CB Auto Actions first as I do not recommend editing core files. Line number will vary as I'm on a 1.9.1 internal build currently.
