[SOLVED] Groupjive: one group giving fatal error - allowed memory size

11 years 2 months ago - 11 years 2 months ago #231677 by herzenssache
Hi,

we do have a total of 17 Groupjive 2.7.0 Groups running on our J2.5.14. Only one of those creates a white page (looking like an internal server error) in the frontend when visited.

The server error log reports:
[Mon Aug 05 17:58:14 2013] [warn] [client xxxx] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 162201 bytes) in <span>/</span>var<span>/</span>customers/webs/xxxx/libraries/joomla/cache/controller.php on line 224, referer: http://xxxx/administrator/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=editPlugin&cid=543&action=groups.edit&id=6

Allowed memory size exhausted? Does not sound right.

As said, no other issues at all, only one group doing strange things. Running the Groupjive tools does not report errors.

Any idea?
Thank you,
Matt

Looks like your Joomla cache has an error in the cache data. Purge cache and see if issue persists.
