How do I enable the last visitors tab to profile page I saw somewhere?
Is it possible to have the last visitors tab to profile page visible to a paid subscriptions plan member? How?

You need to download it and install it (from the Advanced download area) and then publish it.

You can use CBSubs tabfield protection to protect this and make it available/viewable only to specific subscribers (see your CBSubs documentation for examples).
