Displaying Twitter/FB/Linked handles was created by jciconsult
  1. CB Connect stores the numeric ids from social media
  2. Is there a way to use that to display member's handle/user id?
  3. Is there an easy want to allow the user to clear their id to reconnect if they change ids on a particular social media platfor?

Yes.

Display their connection site ID? Yes, you can use [fb_userid] substitution for example. They're just fields so you can substitute them normally.

Is there an easy want to allow the user to clear their id to reconnect if they change ids on a particular social media platfor?

No, but you can edit them from backend and clear the social site id field for them.
