How can I make my activity tab only visible by me?
CB > Plugin Management > CB Activity > Config > Tab then set "Access" to "Self Only".
then last views tab only visible by a subscription?
Install CBSubs Fields Tabs Protection and protect it based off owner and/or viewer subscription. Please see your CBSubs documentation for usage details.

I have a problem with file browser disabled with the about me tab you cant upload images in the front end see attached. how do I give access to users?

Nothing to do with CB. Please review Joomla documentation or post on the Joomla forums. You need to adjust your sites permissions or adjust your Joomla WYSIWYG settings.
