Removal of logos/images from CB GroupJive (and a couple other items)

The site I'm building uses Community Builder, CB GroupJive, along with uddeIM and Kunena. The functionality I'm getting out of these is excellent. But, I want to totally disable images/logos on the site, and I can't figure out how to do that on the backend of CB GroupJive. I will provide some examples of what I want to do:

When displaying a category (I have only set up one category, for private groups), I get a default image that looks like a piece of paper with a bulletized list on it. To the right of that is the category name (which I've blanked out), but there still is a ":1" displayed. I want to get rid of the image and the :1

Each Group has a logo associated with it, which I would like removed.

When I link to "Edit Group", there is a section for changing the logo. I would like this removed.

On a separate subject, when a user that does not belong to any private groups on the site (and the site is being set up to have only private, invitation only groups), the user gets the message, "There are no Private Groups available". I want to change this to read, "You are not a member of any private groups at this time." How can I do this?

Separate subject #2: When a group owner links to the Wall and Events tabs on his/her group, there is a dropdown menu called "Published". While it's nice to be able to set this option to Yes for both Wall and Events on the backend, I want to take this a step further not have it displayed as an option for group owners. How can I do this?

If I could please get some insight on how I can configure CB GroupJive as I described above, I would surely appreciate it.

There is no parameters to disable logos. You'd need to edit all the frontend template files, which you can find in the below location, to remove all the logo usage.

This is a language string. Please see the GJ language files at the below location (assuming you installed the GJ language plugin included with GJ) to change this string and many others.

Only Category Owner, Group Owner, or CB Moderator can publish/unpublish. Regular registered users can't. You also can't remove this link unless you remove it from the template.
