Hey Guys,

I'm getting a white screen after saving any plan. I can edit/create a plan without problem but it will white screen on Save or Apply. I have to browse Back, hit close (close works), return to the index, and then enter the plan again to confirm its making the changes.

Running a solid state server which is generally pretty fast. Contacted my service provider who 1) raised the php mem to 64mb, 2) installed IonCube and 3) monitored the server while I browsed, and he didn't find any errors but a "file does not exist" error included below.

Thoughts on making this work normally would be helpful.

Please enable debug mode and maximum error reporting (both are vital to debugging) within Joomla global configuration then try to save again and see if any errors expose. Without those two parameters configured errors will be suppressed by Joomla.

Hello, now the white screen is happening when we do test subscriptions. It will white out after submitting information and going to the payment page. Also, it will white screen whenever saving or editing payment gateways.

It's also giving me white screen when I delete a user.

I enabled debugging and max reporting. There's no information/error on the white screen itself.

All of the white screens have absolutely no content or error and are the same url: new.adventuremotorcycle.com/administrator/index.php

I read the FAQ but could make sense of the adding the following to the index.html part.



EDIT:

Since the white screen was not producing any errors, I got back on the phone with the ISP who watched the error log as I created the error. They really didn't see any errors but the following. They are temporarily made the php mem unlimited to make sure that wasn't the problem.

The fatal error maybe doing this. It seams to be happening in Joomlas finder component used for Smart Search. Maybe you've a bad smart search plugin within Extensions > Plug-in Manager? Try disabling 3rd party smart search plugins. Also navigate to Components > Smart Search and purge all your indexed content and see if that gets rid of the fatal error and see if the white screen error goes away.

I tried that and still getting the white screen. It must have been an unrelated error.

Getting short on time here. Unless we can find a good solution to this, I'll have to use another solution.
