Hello,

I am having issues with another extension and have already contacted the developer. I am hoping you can shed some light on this error message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class cbTabs in /home/...administrator/components/com_comprofiler/comprofiler.class.php on line 4311

When trying to create views in the backend I am confronted with this message.

Any ideas what might be the cause?

Running CB 1.9

Thanks.

Looks like they're declaring a class that we've already established. As CB has been around since Mambo and thus far far longer than ContentBuilder I am inclined to believe ContentBuilder should change the name of their class. There's no workaround for this except they change their class name, you stop using ContentBuilder, or you stop using CB.

Hey Kyle,

Thanks for the tip. Is cbTabs the class name that should be changed?

BTW - I won't stop using CB :)

In ContentBuilder, yes. You may want to consider looking into K2 as an alternative as well as we've a few integrations with it so it works pretty well with CB.

Update: The developer of Content Builder graciously agreed to change their class name when they release the next update. In the meantime, they were king enough to give me modified files as a temporary workaround so I can continue to use both extensions!
