Is there a way to have folders within the gallery

I purchased the professional member, thinking i could set up group blogs that i could post photos to in gallery form. I am quite confused about how to use this product. I set up the ACL with groups accordingly. But i cant figure how to create folders and comment on the photos in the gallery. Any help would be appreciated. I would love to get some use out of this product. At the very least can i get it to allow comments on all joomla articles, then i could use other components.

Group Blogs? Photos where? Please be more specific. Neither the GJ Photos integration and the CB ProfileGallery have folders or commenting.

So this is not like facebook, in that it allows posting to walls with pictures in bulk or folders? are any of these features planned for the next 12months[(my subscription)i think]? I could find nothing in the incubator.

The features you're wanting do not exist yet. They are planned for CB 2.0.

What are my options now, im not satisfied with this product( i have no use for it). I had seen some negative reviews, but attributed them to,that i know some people have bad experiences with good products. I chose this over Jomsocial, thinking that it would be the same as but more configurable. Thank you.

CB 2.0 has only been in development since the beginning of this year. I am also working on CB 1.10.0 (next release) with numerous improvements so development is continuing very strong. Over the course of the past 3 years we've built a list of mandatory items to implement and what direction we want to go. It's a complete rewrite of CB from the ground up so it's not something we could just rush into. No where did we state we are a Facebook clone or had the features you are wanting, but CB Activity is a start (it's planned to have posting features implemented later). We also have a Presales forum that is open to anyone where you could've freely asked if we had what you needed. CB it self is also completely free so you were welcome to also try it with no investment.
