Modified Registrations (Initial Registration then complete Registration)

I want to have users, example: students to complete an initial registration, with generic fields, (name, address, schooling, etc). Then I want them to send for email confirmation. After email confirmation, I want to gather more info such as demographics, level of studies, employment, etc....

How do I redirect to another registration page AFTER CONFIRMATION where I can ask for more info and based on this info use CBsubs (which I purchased) to offer membership to those who are not members?

I will repeat this process with professionals, as well, when they first register, they will get a confirmation email, when they click the link in the confirmation email, they will go to a site to complete their demographics and questions that pertain to 'professionals' only....Thanks for all your help....

There is no secondary registration page feature in CB. The best you could do is use CB Auto Actions and redirect them to profile edit on the after confirmation trigger, but you can't offer CBSubs subscriptions there.
