Have you tried disabling the last 2 installed plugins to see if issue persists after doing so?

I do not see a CB plugin utilizing these as the only enabled plugins are those provided by us. It's possible those 2 plugins loading in when they should not be (they shouldn't load in during ajax calls, we've code in place to stop this) are causing your problems.
Your problem persists regardless of CB Conditional and CB Auto Actions being present as disabling them does not resolve your issue (when disabled they aren't loaded in at all). So I don't believe they're to blame for your issue.
The ajax check also isn't the cause as its Response is perfectly fine, but the jQuery being injected into it is causing a redirect. The offending jQuery is either 1 of the 2 jQuery plugins above being loaded in or the Google CDN jQuery library being loaded in. Either way headers shouldn't add for raw display so whatever is adding these does not respect that.
