Only users with Super Admin permissions can change other Super Admin user accounts.

Could someone please explain what this message means?

I am setting up different Logins for the "CB Connect" Module and when I try to connect my for example Twitter account with my existing CB account (Yes I am an administrator) I get the above message!

What Am I missing?

I do not see where I am a Super Admin in the CB User Manager.

Just a little bit of feedback with respect to the first screen shot. I find the choice a little bit confusing? Maybe a brief explanation about the 2 options would help :cheer:

You can't link like that to an existing Super User. Joomla will not allow you to save a Super Users profile if you are not logged in as a Super User. Nothing I, CB, or CB Connect can do about it as it's a security feature. If you want to link to an existing Super User account then first login via CB/Joomla then click the Link button in your CB Login module. Normal users will never have this issue.

OK so I will take a dumbed down user for testing purposes, thanks.

I was hoping to avoid a situation where I have 8 test user accounts at FB, Linkedin & Co

But sure security is good. Less "cheap gucci shoes" and more "real" users has to be a good thing :cheer:

Well it only affects administrators. So it's not much of an issue. If you login to CB first then use Link it'll work fine and you'll be able to login with your social account from then onwards.

Where do I do this?

If I am logging in with CB it has to be in the front end?

I tried publishing my Facebook ID field to my profile from the back end.

Then logging in with CB on the front end and then went to edit my edit my profile but no sign of a FB ID filed where I could enter something.

I am obviously way off track here. Could you please point me in the right direction?

Login like you normally would on frontend using CB Login module. Then in the CB Login module click the Link button. It'll then link the two accounts together. Now logout and you can login using the social site you just linked. You don't touch the ID fields, those are for admin purposes only.
