I saw some where there was an article that showed how to set up about user Tab so user can edit it from the front end can you show me where it is please?

To have it editable from profile view you need to install CB Core Fields ajax and enable ajax editing for your textarea editor field. With the linked tutorial it can only be edited from profile edit unless that's what you were specifically wanting.

CB Core Fields Ajax is a separate plugin you need to download and install from the Professional downloads section. The textarea editor fieldtype is a default core fieldtype, which you can create a field for within CB > Field Management.
