The button under the VISA form that usually says I agree to pay ... per month seems to have disappeared. It was there during testing but now no one can pay. Where could it have gone?
Do you have a valid, configured, and enabled payment gateway within CBSubs > Gateways? Ensure it's also publicly accessible. Ensure your plans are not setup in an impossible scenario. For example if your gateway only accepts single payments and you force a plan to use recurring payments then it won't have a payment button as it's an impossible scenario (gateway not allowing recurring payments).
