HTML Code as a Field was created by printwithdesign
how do you insert HTML CODE:

I am having issues trying to insert this code, which works perfectly when placed into an article. When i tried it for the member profile page, it doesn't work. What am I doing wrong?

{abpro_link link_text="Schedule an Appointment" (popup)" view="gad" mode="single_resource" id="1" popup="Yes"}

Thank you,

CB does not process Joomla content bots. So if you've a Joomla content bot designed to process that then it isn't going to work for any of CBs content. With next CB release however you'll be able to enable Joomla content bot processing for delimiter fields.

thank you for your response krileon, I am not sure what a "Content Bot" is, but I was only trying to place a booking calendar component that can be easily placed in an article (and works), but when I have tried placing it as a field, it just shows up as raw code vs the calendar

A content bot is a replacer for Joomla articles or anything that runs through content.prepare really. You can typically find them within Extensions > Plug-in Manager of the Content type. They however do not work in CB yet, but next release they will for delimiter fields only.

Yes, normal HTML will work so you can add a URL to whatever you like.
