Everytime I try to upload an avatar image I get see attached and nothing happens but I get a clock in the image. How can it be fixed?
Is it a permissions problem?

It's a configuration problem.
You have most likely configured avatar images to be moderated - which means they must be approved by a CB Moderator in frontend (using CB Workflows module) or from backend.

How do I configure Avatar to not be moderated?
I have the CB workflows module enabled but it did nothing to do with Avatar image I managed to change a stock joomla image from the gallery but the k2 avatar did not change I thought community Builder and k2 users were connected can I synchronize the Avatars?
I cant upload a new profile image it just displays the clock
I cannot find the detail to configure this front end or backend
