The captcha image URL is inaccessible or you've a fatal error present during captcha image generation. Ensure you have a public and published Joomla menu link to CBs profile page (this link is mandatory).

Hi Kyle,
the problem is on my test version :
Apache/2.4.4 (Win32) OpenSSL/0.9.8y PHP/5.4.16 MYSQL 5.5.32
i don't see the image on the plugin setup :

By cons this works fine on the hosting site :
Apache/2.2 (Linux) PHP 5.3 MYSQL 5.0.96
I try Reinstalling from a site backup and give you the result.

Bruno

Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration. Once done go to a page where captcha is present. Next review your localhost error logs. Aside from that there's nothing more I can suggest as we do not debug localhosts and it is working fine on your live host.

hi Kyle,
I have Reinstalled from a site backup, and modify my local PHP ini with (display errors =off and output buffering = off) to have the same configuration and it works fine now.
Can you give me the way to have a contact form with the CB antispam internal Captcha for have the same Captcha in the CB registration form and Contact form.
Thank you for all,
Best Regards,
Bruno

CB Captcha and CB AntiSpam captcha field will not work on Joomlas contact form unless you modify Joomlas contact component to use it. For that it's best to use a 3rd party captcha extension to provide captcha specifically for Joomlas contact form. To have CB AntiSpam captcha on registration simply set the Captcha field in CB > Field Management to display on registration.
