Show users online

Is there a solution to show selection of users (10 users I selected for exemple) "online" even if they are "offline".

Do you mean a "featured" user module?

Display in a module position:
- Software4Joomla has misc user related modules (hence the 35% coupon if you have a CB subscribtion)
- JoomlaXTC has CB Avatar Wall

Display as menu item (component view)
- Create a CB user list with random order and limit.
- apart from displaying the list in component view, you could "transform" it into a module: Weired but possible with a "component loader" extension. There are 2-3 commercial ones , but also a free content plugin by Mike Reumer. workaround: create a custom HTML module, enable content plugins, insert plugin syntax with your CB user list URL.

I would like to show the "online" field of 10 profiles (my profile), even if they are offline, as if they were connected to the site.

Sorry, don´t understand. Can you explain in other words or by an example, please?

I have seen some module called fake users online or something like this.

Not sure if it does exactly what you need - search the JED for it - we have nothing like this.
